In the Middle East, many people's images of God and Christianity are grossly distorted. Often, God is seen as a fearsome, vengeful and distant deity. Moreover, many believe that Christians worship three gods, follow corrupted scriptures and espouse "decadent" values akin to those portrayed in some of the Western media.

Clearly, if people are to develop any interest in knowing Christ, they must see an alternative face of Christianity — the real one. The true Gospel must be unveiled, and the true God revealed for who He really is. We believe that now is the time to make the airwaves vehicles of evangelism and hope to the Arabic peoples!

Because our target audiences have different needs based on their age, upbringing, socio-cultural background, education and geographic location, we are producing a variety of programs. They include:

A New Dimension
An evangelistic program with a variety show format. Each episode contains segments like: Inspirational Insights with straight-from-the-heart revelation, exhortation and encouragement; Bible Truths presented in a short and challenging format; Short Stories to illustrate key concepts and encourage viewers; Documentary Style Interviews with Arab Christians whose lives have made a difference in the world around them; plus contemporary Christian music that easily crosses cultural boundaries. The goal of each segment is to point people to Jesus Christ.

At the end of each episode, a free gift is offered consisting of a topical Bible Promises and Prayer booklet (published by Vision Communications) and an audiocassette of contemporary Arabic Christian music.

You Have A Right To Ask
An apologetics program that explains key, often difficult, doctrinal issues like the infallibility of the Bible, the atonement, the Trinity, Christ’s incarnation, and more, in a language that is easily understood by any Arabic-speaking person with no prior knowledge of the subject. Dr. Menes Abdul Noor, an Arab authority on Christian apologetics and an internationally recognized teacher, author, broadcaster and church leader is the key presenter of the program. His explanations follow a lively discussion of the topic at hand by a number of young people who freely share their thoughts, questions and doubts.

Let’s Get Real
A program that targets youth with lively and engaging content. It addresses topics like hypocrisy, divorce, premarital sex, female circumcision, drugs, personal integrity, the relevance of church today, and many more. The format is a lively discussion among young people, followed by answers and commentary from Christian adults. Each episode closes with words of encouragement and an invitation to receive Christ, the real answer to every issue that youth face. Christian music video clips are used throughout to enhance the content and engage the young audience.

Daughter of the King
A program that is designed specifically to reach women. It uses multiple tools like short documentaries, Biblical accounts of unique women, cultural commentaries, original music by women, as well as inspirational and exhortative teaching. The program addresses core spiritual and cultural issues, focusing on the primary challenges facing Middle Eastern societies today. The messages of the various episodes center on things like: identity, and where a woman should derive her sense of self; intrinsic value, and what gives a woman her true worth; basic rights based on Biblical freedoms; every woman’s potential ability to contribute to her community and nation; and personal destiny, and the importance of living that out to honor God and oneself.

A booklet (published by Vision Communications) containing the key principles taught in the program is offered free of charge to all viewers who write or call in.

Christmas and Easter Specials
Each special is made up of seven parts that are comprised of Christmas- and Easter-themed music videos. The music is coupled with commentaries on the meaning of each celebration, together with personal testimonies from individuals and families. The purpose of these Specials is to introduce viewers to the true meaning of Christmas and Easter, and to encourage them to open their hearts to the One we celebrate. All the music is custom written by Arab composers and performed by Arab singers and musicians.

House of Song
A lively, fast-paced music program that combines music videos with evangelistic and exhortative commentary, in addition to interviews and testimonies by Christian songwriters from around the Arab world. The program also includes original folk poetry, known in Arabic as zagal, recited by the poets themselves. House of Song showcases our substantial library of original Arabic Christian music videos, which has exceeded 250 songs. To listen to a sampling of the songs, visit the web site of our strategic partner, the Better Life Team, at http://www.thebetterlife.net and click on the sound icon for each album.

Nour-E-Mi
A program that reaches children with the truth of the gospel and the joy and freedom found in Jesus Christ alone. Nour-E-Mi (a pun on the musical notes Do-Re-Mi using the word "Nour," which means "Light") is educational, entertaining and culturally relevant to an Arab child, 5 to 11 years of age, who is bombarded today with multiple media influences through television, films, video games and more. Utilizing various segments like drama, songs, life lessons, Bible stories, games, and guided prayers, Nour-E-Mi endeavors to reach the children on their terms, speaking to them in a way they can understand and enjoy.
